Baking desserts at church: We will bake desserts at church on the 21st and 22nd throughout the day.

Meal prep:

12/22 - We will prep the cranberry sauce.
12/23 - 3-4 people are needed to prep turkeys, ham, and dressing.

Baking desserts at home: Make a homemade dessert(s) and bring it to the Fireplace Room by 12pm on 12/23. 

Dessert slicer/packer: Arrive to the Fireplace Room at 12pm on 12/23.

Cooking: Cooking turkey begins at 4am on 12/24.  The turkey needs to be de-boned at 9am.  Gravy is made this morning as well.

Packing: Make up plates of food and wrap them.  Shifts are 9:30am-11am, 11am-12:30pm, 12:30pm, 12:30pm-2pm.  We need 6-8 people per shift.

Dine-in serving line: 3 people are needed per shift to monitor the serving line; arrive to the kitchen 15 minutes before your shift.
 
Monitor dining room: 1-2 people are needed to run plates to diners and assist them with getting beverages.

Delivering orders: Arrive at 12pm and you will be assigned a delivery based on the size of your vehicle; after you make your delivery you can return home or come back to make another delivery - the choice is yours!
*this role requires some lifting as you transport orders*

Clean up: Arrive at 2pm and fill in where needed; we will need help with packing/storing leftovers, dishes, trash removal, wiping down tables and surfaces, sweeping/mopping the floors.
